How I can put the Clan Logo and The Clan Name, in the inferior-center part of the screen?

I try to modify the cfg files, i read every file, and I don't se a posible solution =( I need tu Upload the image to internet and put the url in some file or config ?

This is only for the admiral mod game type, please i need this solution, I tried many forms and nothing happened.
